Thank You Brandy!

After ordering EBC brakes from buybrakes, they could not help “assist” me with doing a return & instead sent me EBC brakes phone number to contact myself. After speaking with Brandy & her even telling me buybrakes was the ones who needed to transfer over return info for them to process, she took the time & sorted everything out for me in a timely manner. She went above & beyond to make things right. Thank you again Brandy!!! ☺️

Really good place, order came slightly wrong though.

Really good website (sometimes hard to navigate), helpful when checking orders on phone. Though I ordered full set of discs, fronts came different colour to rears, rang them said they would refund or call me back to sort something but I didn’t hear anything back (two/three weeks ago ish). The guy on the phone said grey is an old colour and new is black or the other way round and someone did picking wrong.Other then that really impressed and will be buying from them still in future

Loads of stopping power.

The yellow stuff pads are top notch,loads of feel and the stopping power i only have to lightly touch the pedal to haul my car up from speed, very pleased with them, there's a bit more dust than the oem pads ,but its worth it for the feel ,ebcs customer care teamwere very helpful when I purchased them as well .
